| Adoption Healing... a path to recovery for mothers who lost children to adoption is a unique book. The reader is provided with a description of the immaculate deception imposed on pregnant women and the ensuing tragedy of the loss of their babies to adoption and the profound effects on their lives. This is followed by different methods of healing the motherÂ’s wounds, including inner child work, visualizations, healing affirmations, and anger management. Every chapter includes a Myths and Realities of adoption section, a summary of the chapter and exercises to do on oneÂ’s own. |

Summary: Adoption Healing/ A Path to Recovery for Mothers Who lost Children to Adoption For all natural mothers out there that would like to heal the wound of separation from their children I highly recommend this book. It is one of the best written books on a subject that no one seems to want to understand or see what really happens in adoption. I agree with the comment made by Gale Munden "This book should be used for women's studies so that other mother's will not have to go through the pain and unnnaturalness of separation". I would like to thank Mr. Joe Soll and Ms. Karen Butterbaugh for writing this book. Summary: Adoption Healing This book is wonderful for any natural Mom that wants to do the "work" Summary: Adoption Healing/Path to Recovery for Mothers Hello, I would like all mothers and adoptee's to read this book. Millions of mother's and babies have been unfairly and uncaringly separated by adoption. And this book helps them do the work to heal while helping others heal too. I recommend ths book for it is truely one the best written on the subject that no one wants to understand or see what truely happens in adoption. Our country needs to see the real truth about how adoption tears apart families, instead of pretending to build them. This book should be used for women's studies so that other mother's will not have to go through the pain and unnaturalness of separation. Gale Munden Summary: A mus-read for all mothers This book is a must-read for all mothers who were separated from their chidren by adoption. It was very helpful to me in understanding what happened and in finding some healing. Summary: A book to be digested Finally, a book that honestly deals with the trauma of adoption for both mother and baby. After 24 years of thinking I was the only one who had suffered at the hands of those who "knew best" I realized I wasn't the only young mother lied to and coerced out of my baby. I read and re-read this book, going back to certain paragraphs that help me to understand that adoption is powered by greedy needy people who think they are entitled to someone elses baby. Don't cruise through this book, read it. Thank you for writing this book. It is evident that Mr. Soll and Ms. Butterbaugh have done their homework. |
