 Written on July 15, 2007 Summary: Waste of Money Baby Bargains is a much better book and much more informative.Baby Bargains, 7th Edition: Secrets to Saving 20% to 50% on baby furinture, gear, clothes, toys, maternity wear and much more! (Baby Bargains)  Written on July 12, 2007 Summary: Not very helpful I'm not impressed with this book...CR's botching of the child seat tests should have been corrected and updated. This book has no ratings of child car seats....nothing, and it's one of my upcoming purchases I am most concerned about. I also checked their website, and there's still no data. Written on July 8, 2007 Summary: Not enough reviews This book had a lot of information but it was information you could find for free on their website or any where else. I was hoping it would have more user reviews and more brands. If you want to read this is the book, if you want quick reviews find something else. Written on July 1, 2007 Summary: dissapointed I was hoping for an unbais opinion of what to purchase and not to purchase. It does not even rank cribs or car seats two of the most important purchases! The monitors are ranked, but once you compare it to the online reviews from the stores the rankings do not match up. According to the people who have purchased and used the monitor for a long time the one's ranked highest from Consumers Reports ranked VERY low with actual users. I am very dissapointed I wasted my money on this book! Written on June 28, 2007 Summary: Not Helpful I was so disappointed when I got this book. It seems like advertisers bought out this book -- it's totally useless. I bought it specifically to help me buy the best car seat, but it doesn't even rank car seats! There's a chapter giving very vague information that you can find for free online and then no ratings/rankings. |
