 Written on August 5, 2003 Summary: Super focus on Natural ways to get pregnant & have a baby. Excellent book and I highly recommend to couples who are wanting to start a family. While we were not diagnosed as infertile, the book had great tips on how to prepare the body for conception and pregnancy, and my husband and I learned a great deal. It's easy to read and understand, and the section on alternative methods to reduce stress was superb, and the diet section was excellent. Written on July 25, 2003 Summary: Now I get it!! This book TELLS ALL you need to know to make a baby. Why didn't I learn this in high school? college? Hey, no one ever told me about the BEST time to conceive and what factors might hinder a male's sperm count. I thought--it just took one!! My husband and I have learned so much through reading this book. It's superb! Written on July 22, 2003 Summary: The ONLY book to read. We read the book on changing your diet to boost infertility and ate the recommended foods but with no results. We did yoga and meditated every night to de-stress (per another book's recommendations)--didn't work either. When we read this book, it all began to make sense. The book helped us determine some problems that might be causing us to NOT conceive. The book is comprehensive yet very easy to understand. The baby making tips are superb!!! We both highly recommend to anyone who wants to get pregnant and who feels frustrated with the reading matter available on "how to do this." We especially liked the chapter on choosing an RE, as this is the route we finally decided to take to get results!! We particularly liked the new findings on food and alternative therapies to boost fertility and enjoy using the relaxation treatments to de-stress. The book also fully discusses what every man should know about infertility and his own reproductive health (something most men don't think about!!). It's a very meticulously researched book and has given us the tools to keep trying to make a baby! |
